Under the guidance of renowned former pro player, Ju-Hwan Na, our Head of Baseball, we offer a comprehensive training program designed to elevate players' skills to the next level. Drawing from his extensive experience as a professional athlete, Coach Na provides invaluable insights and expertise. For those aspiring to play in the US, we also have a dedicated team of educators who specialize in English language instruction and core academic subjects, ensuring a seamless transition to the American education system.

For players who do not meet the minimum academic and English language requirements for NCAA eligibility, we provide support for admission to 2-year colleges, with the goal of transferring to 4-year universities or pursuing a professional career. Our immigration lawyers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-approved subsidiary, "(주)이민법인쿼티," assist with visa applications, while our baseball agents and US attorneys provide on-the-ground support and protection for players adapting to life in the US. Additionally, we monitor and facilitate communication with coaches to guide players towards their goals of transferring to 4-year universities or entering the professional leagues.

Eugene Koo, who previously worked with Seung-Hwan Oh and served as an advisor to Matt Williams during his time with the Kia Tigers, will be responsible for managing both professional and amateur players.
Dong jae Shin, U.S. attorney with experience at Thompson Coburn and Lee & Ko, one of U.S. and Korea's top law firms, provides comprehensive legal support and protection for our athletes.
